気づけば、みいなさんの心音もPart７まできましたね。
毎回変わった鼓動を聞かせてくれるみいなさんの心臓の音は何度聞いても良いですね。
何度も撮影しておりますが、それでも撮影のたびにドキドキしてしまいます。それだけ可愛い方です。
心音７でもエコーを使った映像を入れておりこちらでも「ドック、ドック、ドックドク」とエコーでも不整脈が出ている心臓の動きを確認できました。

動画の長さは２４分５６秒となっております。
時間は少し短めですがこちらでも不整脈が何度も出ており、またみいなさんの新たな一面も見れたりもしました。
初めに私と聞き合いをしていただき、そのときのみいなさんの心臓の音を聞かさせていただきました。
聴診器を私の胸に当てていただくと、「ちょっと速い！」や「正常ですね。」と言われております。また途中でご自身の胸に聴診器を当てていただき聞き比べていただくと「私の方が遅い！」とも言っており、みいなさんの可愛さで緊張してしまっているのがバレてしまいました。
他人の心音を聞いてみて癒されますか？と聞いてみると「癒されるし、落ち着きます！」と言っておりました。みいなさんと付き合ったら、もう毎日聞き合いをしてしまうでしょうね。
立ったときの心エコーと心臓の音でも、エコーを当てると心臓が鮮明に映っております。途中で息を止めていただくため大きく息を吸っていただいた瞬間に「ドック、ドック、 、 、ドック、ドック」と脈が飛んでいるのが確認できます。
また息を止めてる最中には、苦しさから徐々に鼓動が速くなっていっており、エコーにも徐々に動きを速めていく心臓が映し出されており、苦しくなり呼吸を再開した後にもしばらく速くなっておりました。
今度はジャンプをしていただきました。ジャンプ中はエコーを当てられておりませんがする前ぁ鮏べると、動きが速くなっているのが分かります。鼓動の速さが落ち着いてきたところで、不整脈が何度か出ておりました。みいなさんの不整脈は「どく、どく、どく、ドクン、 、どく、どく」と不整脈が出ているところで鼓動が一瞬強くなっているのが印象的ですね。
スクワットしたときの心エコーと心臓の音では、スクワット中は聴診器を当てていただき鼓動の変化を楽しんでいただきたいです。してる最中に不整脈が何度か起きておりました。
スクワット終了後にエコーを当てると、踏み台昇降をしたときのように初めのうちは鼓動も速く正常に動いていますがゆっくりになるにつれ、痙攣したような動きを心臓がしており立派な不整脈が現れております。
スクワットや踏み台昇降などの激しい運動をすると不整脈が多く出るため、みいなさんの心臓にはかなり負担がかかるんでしょうね。
「変な動きしたね。今！」とエコーを見ているみいなさんにもそれが分かったようで、あまりの不整脈の多さに「やばいな、、、」と言われご自分の心臓の動きを言葉で説明しておりました。

運動後に息を止めたときの心臓の音は、踏み台昇降をしていただき終わった直後にベッドに横になっていただいたみいなさんの鼻と口を私の手で塞ぎ呼吸ができなくなったときの心臓の音の変化を聞いていただきたく撮影しました。マスクの上から塞いでおりますが、ゴム製の手袋をしていることもあり、しっかりと密閉されて息ができておりませんね。
塞ぐ瞬間も「ングー」とくぐもった声を出しており、塞いで数秒で「んんんーー！」と苦しさから暴れております。普通に息を止めたときとは違って運動後であるため体の酸素の消費量の多さからすぐに苦しくなってしまうんでしょうね。
手を離すと貪るように呼吸をする→しかしすぐにまた手で塞ぐ→限界まで息を止めて苦しさから暴れるというのを何度も繰り返しています。みいなさんにとっては地獄の時間ですね。ご本人も呼吸をするタイミングで「死ぬ、はぁはぁ、、」と息も絶え絶えと言った感じです。
心臓の鼓動も運動直後は１５０BPMくらいあり、息を止めてる最中も酸素を十分に補給できないためか普通に運動したときぁ鮏べてなかなか心拍数が落ち着かないですね。
しばらくすると鼓動は落ち着きだしますが、今度は不整脈が何度も出ており「ドック、ドック、ドックドック、 、ドック、」と心臓がバグりまくっております。
運動＋息止めはめちゃめちゃ心臓に負担がかかっているんでしょうね。
その証拠にこの撮影が終わって休憩中に血圧を測っていただいたら高血圧と表示が出ておりました。みいなさんも「血圧高いって出てる！」と初めてみる表示にかなり驚いておりました。

放〇中の心臓の音は、撮影中みいなさんにずっとトイレに行くのを我慢していただき、限界になったタイミングで、トイレの前でお〇っこを我慢しているところから、始まります。
「速くしたいですか？」と聞くと「めちゃめちゃ我慢してます。早くしたい！」と切羽詰まった感じで、心臓の鼓動も速めです。
しばらくそのまま我慢していただくと、体を揺らしたりして気を紛らわしており、途中で膀胱の辺りを強めに押してみると、「やばいやばい！」と言われ今にも漏らしてしまいそうです。
便座に座っていただき、お〇っこをしていただくと開放感からかすごく気持ちよさそうな表情をされております。全部出し切る前に一度止めていただくと、初めは「まだ耐えれる！」と少し余裕がありますが、少しすると「あーもう無理！」と限界のご様子です。もう出していいですか？と言われますがまだまだと伝えると辛そうな表情をされて一生懸命我慢しており、その際に不整脈が発生しているのも確認できました。
最後に全部出していただくとめちゃ安堵の表情をされてすっきりされておりました。
最後は、もしもみいなさんが彼女だったらというシチュエーションの主観動画です。
場面はお家でくつろいでるときにみいなさんが「最近心臓が変な感じがするの聞いてくれる？」と言われ胸に耳を当てると不整脈が出ており、それを伝えます。すると突然、苦しみだしてしまい、床に倒れてしまいます。再度、胸に耳を当てますが心臓の音が聞こえずに止まってしまっており、心臓マッサージをします。しばらく続けると、みいなさんが意識を取り戻し、再び胸に耳を当てると、心臓の鼓動は聞こえてきてますが、まだ不整脈が続いており、それを伝えると、「また止まったら怖いから今日はずっとそばにいて？」と不安そうに言われ、頷くと「ありがとう」とうれしそうな表情をして言われており、そこで動画は終わっております。
