かのんさん３２歳の心音動画２です。
身長１５７センチに体重４０キロとめちゃスリムな体型の方で実際お会いするとこんなに細いのかと思うほど華奢でくびれなんかも見て分かるほどで、落ち着いた雰囲気の美人さんでした。
心臓の音も徐脈までとはいかないまでも小柄な割には心臓の鼓動はゆっくりな方で速い心臓の鼓動も良いですがかのんさんのようにゆっくりな心臓の鼓動もまた惹かれますね。
今回かのんさんの方から声をかけていただき撮影させていただきました。

内容は
・横になったときの心臓の音
・座ったときと立った時の心臓の音
・息を止めたときの心臓の音
・診察風に聞いたときの心臓の音
・各種血圧と心臓の音
・運動後に圧迫したときの心臓の音
・袋呼吸したときの心臓の音
となっております。
動画の長さは３５分４１秒です。

横になったときの心臓の音では、心拍数が６０BPMとすごくゆっくりで、ちょうど１秒に一度の間隔で拍動しておりますね。
両腕を上げて大きく伸びをしていただくと若干鼓動が速くなったかなという感じでした。
最後にベッドから立ち上がっていただくと鼓動もそれに合わせて速度を上げておりましたね。

座ったときと立った時の心臓の音は、座った状態では「ドックン、ドックン、ドックン、」とゆっくりだったのが立った瞬間に「ドックドックドック」と立った時の反動から鼓動も速くなっております。
その後ジャンプしていただきたのですがその際にイヤホンが外れてしまうハプニングがありましたのでその箇所はカットしてあります。
再度、座っていただくと鼓動も遅くなっておりました。
パルスオキシメーターを装着して再度一連の動きをしていただくと心拍数からも違いが分かりますね。
こうやって聞いてみると心臓って本当によくできてますよね。

息を止めたときの心臓の音では、一度目は１分間、２度目は二分間止めていただいております。
どちらも
頑張って止めていただきておりまたパルスオキシメーターの酸素飽和度は一回目は８８まで下がっており、２回目は９１辺りまで下がっておりました。
また２回目の息止め中の１０分４８秒辺りで期外収縮のようなものも出ておりました。

続いては久しぶりの診察風に聞いた時の心臓の音です。
この撮影はかのんさんに私服で出演していただいており、シチュエーション風の動画となっております。
最初に簡単な問診をしその後、口の中を見たりと視診をした後、体温計で体温を測っていたり、パルスオキシメーターで酸素飽和度を見ております。
一通り終わった後に服を脱いでいただき、聴診器を当てて心臓の音を聞いております。
かのんさんに自分で当てて心臓の音を聞かさせてもらうのも良いですが、他人に当てられ心臓の音を聞かれるのも背徳感があって良いですね。
また下着もずらしお胸も出した状態でも聴診器を当てていただいております。
すごく大きくて柔らかそうな(実際柔らかかったです。)お胸に聴診器を当てると心臓の音は聞こえにくいですがその弾力感は映像からも伝わってきますね。

各種血圧と心臓の音では、横になった状態と座った状態でそれぞれ測りました。
最近は買った時には低かったとかのんさんも言われており、測ってみると上の血圧は１００を切っております。低血圧ですね。
かのんさんも「低いですね…」と言われておりました。
座った状態で測ってみてもほぼ同じで常時、低血圧なようですね。

運動後に胸部圧迫したときの心臓の音では踏み台昇降をしていただいてから壁際に立っていただき胸部圧迫しております。おとなしめな、かのんさんの心臓もハードな運動には耐えきれず、終わった直後は「ドックドックドックドック」と速くなっており、心拍数は１２０BPMを超えております。
そんな速い心臓を圧迫すると大きくな胸にも関わらず直接心臓を触っているかのように私の手を強く押し返しており、映像からも心臓の鼓動で揺れているのが良く分かります。
かのんさんも少し苦しそうな表情をしております。
また圧迫によるものなのか、徐々に鼓動が遅くってきてるのも音から伝わってきました。

袋呼吸したときの心臓の音はかのんさんの心音１にある袋呼吸しながら運動したときの心臓の音のときよりも大きめの袋を被っていただいております。
袋は大きく運動もしておりませんが、それでも密閉している限りいつかは袋の中の酸素は無くなってしまうんですね。
現に初めは９９あった酸素飽和度は少しずつ下がっていっており９３と数値はそんなに低くないですが、かのんさんはめちゃめちゃ苦しそうです。
手を挙げられ袋を外してもすぐに酸素飽和度は回復せず９１ぐらいまで落ちておりました。
その後ゆっくりと呼吸をされると再度９９まで戻ってきておりました。
また袋には、かのんさんが吐き出した二酸化炭素が袋内に水滴となって少し付着しておりましたのでそちらも撮影しております。
