撮影時のご対応もすごく丁寧で私が説明をしているときも終始、笑顔でニコニコと聞いてくださりとても優しいモデル様でした。
普段からモデルのお仕事をされているそうなのですが、心臓の音の撮影は初めてだそうで今回、撮影するお時間があまりありませんでしたが、かなさんの心臓の音を少しでも多く堪能できるように時間いっぱいまで撮影させていただきました。

初めに自己紹介をしていただき聴診器をご自身で当てていただいております。
本物の聴診器を触るのは初めてだということで恐る恐る胸に当てられ少し緊張されているというかなさんの約８２BPMで若干速めな心臓の鼓動が聞こえてきます。リズムはしっかりとされており、一拍一拍かなさんの全身に血液を送り出しているのが伝わってきます。
聴診器を当てていただきながら途中「もし彼氏が心臓フェチだったら心臓の音を聞かせてあげますか？」と聞くと即答で「はい！聞かせてあげます！」と笑顔で答えてくれました。
かなさんの彼氏になれたら毎日聞いちゃいますね。
他にも「心臓の音の撮影と聞いてどう思いましたか？」や「最近ドキッとしたことはありましたか？」などという質問にも答えていただきました。

自分の心臓の音を聞いた時の反応と心臓の音では、自分の心音を聞くのは初めてだと言われており、イヤホンをされ聴診器を当ててしばらく自分の心臓の音を聞いており、感想を聞いてみると「ふふっ、心臓の音って感じ！」と無邪気な笑顔で言われております。
途中で肺動脈弁や大動脈弁、心尖部辺りに聴診器を当てながら「違いあるのかなー？」と言いながら違いを聞いております。
ですが違いが分からないようで、「わかんない」と笑顔で首をかしげており、その仕草がまた可愛いです。一番心臓の音が聞こえやすいのはどこですか？と聞いてみると「ここかなー？」「こっちかなー？」と言われながら一番聞こえやすい場所を探しておりました。
ちなみに心尖部に聴診器を当てられた際が一番心臓の音が強く聞こえております。
その後、頸動脈に触れていただいた後に深呼吸したときの心臓の音を聞いていただきました。深呼吸された際には吸った時と吐いた時で鼓動の速さが変わっており洞性不整脈が出ておりました。

スクワットしたときの心臓の音は、スクワット中にも聴診器を当てていただき変化していく鼓動をかなさんに聞いていただきながらしていただきました。
先ほどとは違い立っているため鼓動もすでに速めですがさらにスクワットをして速くしていただいております。
初めてすぐは「まだ違いわかんない」と言われているように、そんなに変化はありませんが続けていると「あっ、速くなってる！」と変化していっている自分の心臓の音に驚いております。
さらに続け、スクワットが終わった直後は１０４BPMほどあります。
「すごいね！こんなに違うんだ！」と言われ、頸動脈に触れております。普段から体の中にあるはずの心臓ですがこうして意識して聞いてみないと違いは分からないようですね。

踏み台昇降したときの心臓の音も同じように聴診器を当てていただきながらしていただいております。普段、筋トレをするというかなさんもキツイと言われるほど運動量は半端ないようで、初めは聴診器が擦れて心臓の音が聞こえにくかった心音も速く大きくなっていくのが分かります。
終わった直後はかなさんも「どっちも同じくらい」と言われているように、スクワットしたときと同じくらいの速さですが踏み台昇降の方が、つかれたそうです。胸に手を当てていただくと「ドキドキしてる」と言われ自分の速い心臓の鼓動を感じていただいております。
かなさんの胸に実際に手を当ててその鼓動を感じ取りたいですね。

なので次はかなさんの心臓の鼓動に触れさせていただくために胸部圧迫させていただきました。圧迫中の心臓の音の変化を確認するためなので仕方ありませんね。この機会を無駄にしないため私もこの時は掌に全神経を集中してかなさんの心臓の鼓動をを感じさせていただきました。ご褒美ありがとうございます。
華奢な体に似合わない大きなお胸を持たれておりますが、圧迫すると心臓の大きさが分かるくらい鼓動しており、私の手を強く押し返しております。
画面越しでも圧迫している私の手が揺れており、目視でもそれが分かるほどですね。
圧迫中は鼓動が少し速くなっているように感じました。

速い心音を聞かせてもらったうえに胸部圧迫もさせていただき、これだけで大満足ですが、心エコーもさせていただきました。
心音だけ聞けるのも良いですがどうせなら動いてる心臓も見たいですよね。
もちろん今回もエコー画面の映像を別動画にしておりますので、別途その動画も見てもらえたらと思います。
プローブを当てると約９０BPMで鼓動している心臓がエコー画面にしっかりと映し出され、「すごいめっちゃ動いてるの分かる！」とかなさんが言われてるように一拍一拍しっかりと拍動しているのが分かります。
形も綺麗なハート型をしており、健康的ですね。
途中、息を止めていただき心臓の動きに変化があるか見ていただきました。

続いて今度はスクワットを少ししていただいてからの心臓をエコーで見させていただきました。
スクワットをしている途中から動画は始まり、終わったところでプローブを当ててみると平常時と速度は同じなのですが一回一回の心臓の収縮する動きが先ほどより大きいです。平常時より多くの血液を体に送り込んでいる証拠ですね。
そんなご自分の心臓を見ながら「速いのかなー？」と言ってる姿もとっても可愛いです。
最後に深呼吸で心臓の動きに変化があるかも試してもらいました。

各種血圧と心臓の音は初めに横になった状態で測っております。
タバコは吸わないというかなさんの血圧は女性の平均値ほどで非常に健康的ですね。
座った状態で再度測ってみると先ほどよりも血圧が上がっており「え？上がった！」とかなさんも驚いております。
横になってるときよりも座ったときの方が心臓に負担がかかり血圧も上がってるのが数値からも分かりますね。
最後に立った状態でも測っていただきました。血圧はどう変化したのか是非見ていただきたいです。

袋を被って運動したときの心臓の音は、ベッドに横になり袋で頭を覆い密閉した状態で足上げ運動をしていただいております。毎回この撮影がモデルさんにとっては一番大変ですが、私個人としては一番好きな撮影です。
足上げ運動自体はそれほど激しくはないのですが何せ袋を被っているので酸素が少なくなっていき、もがき苦しむ姿が見れるのは背徳感を感じてしまいます。
かなさんも初めは普通に呼吸しながら運動をしておりますが鼓動が速くなり体内で多くの酸素を必要としているのにその貴重な酸素が欠乏していき負のループに陥ってしまっていっております。パルスオキシメーターを付けませんでしたので酸素濃度は分かりませんが間違いなく酸素は減ってきておりますね。
途中で休憩をしたり袋を一瞬、緩めて袋内の空気の入れ替えをしたりしております。事故が起こってしまったら大変ですからね。
しかしそれでもキツイらしく心拍数も１００BPMを余裕で超え「ドックドックドック」と力強く鼓動しております。
最後に袋を外し体を楽にしてもらうと「はぁ、疲れた…」と言われており、その際心臓の鼓動が一瞬だけテンポが遅れ軽い期外収縮のようなものが出ておりました。

最後に1人でエッチなことをしたときの心臓の音を撮影させていただきました。
感じやすいというかなさんは、撮影日の前日にも一人で致したというほど一人でするのが好きらしく、電気マッサージ器の使い方なんかもうエロいですね。
下半身に電マを当てられると気持ちよさそうに感じており、ふしだらな声もいっぱい出てしまってその際には心臓の鼓動も速くなっております。
ですが一番早いのはやっぱり絶頂される瞬間ですね。「イっちゃいそう」と可愛い声で言われたすぐ後にビクッと一瞬、痙攣をておりそこから一気にドクッドクッドクッと鼓動が速くなっており、絶頂された後もしばらくハァハァと息を切らしてエロ可愛かったです。
「ドキドキが速かった」と自分の絶頂したときの心臓の音の感想を言い「恥ずかしい」と
言われているのもまた可愛いですね。
もしかなさんの彼氏になれたとしてもこの心音を聞くのはなかなかハードルが高いので今回撮影できて本当に良かったです。
