初めに聴診器を当ていただき心音を聞かさせていただきました。
心拍数は７０BPM位ですね。比較的ゆっくりですが、緊張してますか？と聞くと「ちょっとだけしてます。」とのことです。
また心臓に異常があると言われたことはありますか？と聞いたところ一度だけ不整脈が出ていると言われたことがあるそうです。

今度はゆみさんご自身に心音を聞いていただいております。
意外と速いかもしれないと言われており自分の心音が思ったよりも速く感じたみたいです。
肺の音も聞いていただくと「呼吸してる音聞こえる」と可愛く言っております。
途中、息を止めていただくと止めている間は少し遅くなっております。呼吸を再開すると逆に少し速くなっており「速い！」と言われております。
頸動脈に手を触れていただくと「手と耳とで自分の心臓を感じてます。」とフェチに刺さる発言をされておりました。

続いて座った状態と立った状態の心臓の音を聞き比べてもらっております。
座ってる状態から立っていただく鼓動も速くなっており、「ちょっとだけ速くなった。」と感想を言われております。
再度、座っていただきパルスオキシメーターを付けると心拍数は６６BPMと表示されております。そのまま立っていただくと一気に心拍数が１００近くまで上がっております。
たっただけでここまで心拍数に差が出るんですから驚きです。ゆみさんも「めっちゃ上がるめっちゃ上がる！」「すご！」と驚きを隠せないようです。また心拍数の変化をジェットコースター見たいと面白い表現をされておりました。

圧迫したときの心臓は体があまりにも細く思いっきりしたら心臓が破裂しちゃうんじゃないかと思いましたが、ゆんさんに頼み思い切りさせていただきました。
思いっきり押している証拠にビクンビクンと私の腕全体が揺れております。これは私が揺らしてるのではなく、ゆみさんの心臓の鼓動によるものです。胸部辺りをズームしても撮りましたが、もっと揺れているのが良く分かりますね。また私の手だけでなくゆみさん自身もっ自分の鼓動で体が揺れております。
余談ですが、ゆみさんの胸部に前の撮影の時に当てた聴診器の跡がうっすらと残っているのが写っております。
鼓動もはやくなっており、生命の危機であることを音を通して訴えておりますね。
圧迫から解放すると安堵の表情を浮かべておりました。

今度はスクワットをしていただいております。
普通に生活していたら絶対に聞くことができないスクワットで徐々に速くなっていく、ゆみさんの心臓の音がが聞けるのはおそらくこの動画だけでしょう。
スクワットのたびにスピードが上がっていってるのが良く分かりますね。
終わってからもしばらく鼓動は速く「太鼓の音みたいにドンドコいってる。」と可愛く表現されております。胸に手を当てていただくとその鼓動が感じ取れたようです。
深呼吸をしてもらうと今度は速かった鼓動が徐々に落ち着いていくのも分かりますね。

次はもう少しハードな踏み台昇降をしていただいております。。
普段はあまり運動されないようですでに足がプルプルと言っております。
こちらも聴診器を当てた状態でしていただいているので徐々に鼓動が速くなっていってるのが分かります。
終わった直後なんかもうすごいです。バクッバクッバクッバクッと心臓が破裂してしまうんじゃないかと思うくらいです。
心拍数も１２０BPM位で平常時の倍はあるんじゃないでしょうか。
ゆみさんも「バックバクです。」と言っており、息を切らされて「はぁはぁ」と呼吸が荒くなっておられます。
途中、鳩尾あたりをカメラで映すとピクピクと動いているのが見れました。
最後にまた深呼吸をしていただき鼓動を落ち着かせていただきました。

続いて、エコーを使ってゆみさんの心臓を見てみました。
こんな可愛い子の心臓はどんな動きをしているんでしょうか。
専用のジェルを塗ったプローブをゆみさんのお胸に当てた際に、ジェルの冷たさにヒャッと可愛い声を出されておりました。
画面にはゆみさんのドックン、ドックンという心臓の鼓動に合わせて規則正しく動く心臓の動きが映っております。ゆみさんの細い体の中にもこんな神秘的な臓器があるのかと思うと興奮しますね。
自分の心臓を初めてみた、ゆみさんも思わず「動いてる」と言われております。
いろいろな角度から心臓の動きを見させてもらっておりますが、ある角度からみていただくと「ハートみたい！」と言っておられます。
今度は、座った状態でもエコーで心臓を見てみました。
寝た状態とは違いまた違った見え方をしております。
「ブロッコリーの頭みたい」とまたまた可愛い表現をしております。
また息を吸っていただくと肺の一部も見えておりました。

お次は踏み台昇降をした直後の心臓の動きをエコーで見ております。
動画は踏み台昇降が終わる少し前から始まります。
プローブを当てると、先ほどよりも明らかに速い速度で心臓が鼓動しているのが写っております。一生懸命ゆみさんの体全体に血液を送っているのが分かりますね。
その速さに「めっちゃ早！」とびっくりしております。
また私の手にはプローブ越しに、ゆみさんの心臓の鼓動が伝わってきており、内心すごく興奮してしまいました。
そこから徐々に遅くなっていく心臓の動きも見ることができ、それに対しても感想を言っておりました。

袋を被って運動したときの心臓の音は、頭に袋を被り密閉した状態で、ベッドに横になり激しい足上げ運動をしてもらっております。
運動を始めて３０秒くらいたつと既に苦しそうに呼吸をされております。途中、何度か手を挙げられたので袋を少し緩めましたが、すぐに密閉しなるべく袋の中に新鮮な空気を入れないようにしております。

それでもゆみさんの肺に入ってくるのは使い古された二酸化炭素の多い空気ばかりで、それを裏付けるようにパルスオキシメーターの酸素濃度も７９辺りまで下がっております。心拍数は１２０BPMまで爆上がりしております。鼓動もバク、バク、バク、バクと心臓が壊れてしまうんじゃないかと思うほどです。
これはかなり苦しいでしょうね。ゆみさんも「めっちゃ苦しいこれ！」と叫んでおります。
袋を外すと貪るように呼吸をして新鮮な空気で肺を換気しておりました。
