りおなさん２３歳の心音２です。
１６５センチと高身長でお胸もFカップと大きく、またお肌も白くて綺麗で、色白・可愛い・巨乳と三拍子そろったモデル様でした。
撮影中もカメラアングルなどお気遣いもいただき、撮影していてあっという間に時間が過ぎてしまうほど楽しくさせていただきました。
またりおなさんは、ダンスや水泳などいろいろなスポーツをされおられたからか心臓が鍛えられておられ鼓動が非常にゆっくりな方でした。安静時の心拍数なんか数えると５０BPMを下回っているところもありかなりの徐脈体質で、心音２でも徐脈であるのが心音からも分かりました。

立った時と屈伸したときの心臓の音では、この撮影の時に初めて立ってる状態の心臓の音を聞いていただきました。
立ってるときの方が鼓動が速くなるモデル様が多いですがりおなさんの場合は座ってるときぁ?べてもそれほど変化がありませんね。座ってるときも遅かったですが、立ってるときもそんなに変わらないとはびっくりです。
りおなさんも「あんまり変わらない」と言われておられますが、屈伸をしていただくためしゃがんでいただくと、「ゆっくりになった？」と言われているように鼓動がさらに遅くなっております。再度立ち上がっていただくぁ?対に速くなり、ここは違いがはっきりと分かりました。

足上げ運動したときの心臓の音では、10回１セットのものを３セット行っていただいております。
始める前はゆっくりな、りおなさんの心臓の鼓動もたった１０回足上げ運動で鼓動が速くなっており、「速い！」と言っておられます。１０回終わった後１０秒のインターバルで鼓動が落ち着きますがすぐに次の１０回をしていただくとまた速くなってしまい、りおなさんの心臓は大忙しですね。
３セットが終わると、「きつかった…」と言われておりました。

各種血圧と心臓の音では、横になった状態と座った状態で測っております。
撮影日の一ヶ月ほど前に病院で血圧を測ったときは、何も言われなく異常もなかったと言われており、実際に測ってみると２０代女性の平均より少し低めで、りおなさんにも見ていただくと「低血圧ですね！」と言われております。また気になってしまうのが心拍数で相変わらずすごく低く５０BPMを下回っており、こちらに目が行ってしまいますね。
座ってる状態では、最高血圧は変わらず、最低血圧が少し上がっております。
また心拍数も若干上がっておりますが、それでもまだ低い方ですね。

横になったときの心臓の音では、先ほどの血圧で測ったときとの心拍数くらいのゆっくりな心臓の音で、何度か伸びをしていただきました。初めの２回ほどはそんなに速さが変わらないですが、もう少し深く伸びをしていただくと、りおなさんは「あまり変わらない」と言われておりますが、少し速くなっているようにも感じます。
伸びをしてもりおなさんの心臓はそんなに動じないようですね。
最後に立ち上がっていただくと、誰が聞いても分かるほど鼓動が速くなっており、「速くなった！」と言われておりました。

運動後に胸部圧迫したときの心臓の音では、踏み台昇降をしていただくと「ドン、ドン、ドン、ドン、」と音からしてすごく速く、胸部圧迫をすると平常時に圧迫したときとは比べ物にならないくらいの速さで心拍数だと１３０ＢＰＭくらいで一拍一拍心室が収縮し、大動脈に血液を思いっきり送り出す動きが私の手にも伝わってきました。運動＋圧迫で可愛いお顔を苦痛に歪めており「はぁ、はぁ、はぁ」と息切れもすごくされ私の顔には、りおなさんの息が吹きかかり大変うれしいご褒美でございました。
またイヤホンをしていないりおなさんにもご自分の心臓の音が聞こえてくるようで「めっちゃ聞こえる！」と小声で言われております。
徐々に鼓動が落ち着き、圧迫から解放するとさらに鼓動がゆっくりになっており、また再度圧迫をしてみました。
撮影後、倒れこむようにベッドに横になりかなり疲れ切っておりましたのでその際の心臓の鼓動も気化させていただきました。心拍数自体は遅いですが先ほどの横になってるときの心臓の鼓動より拍動が少し強めです。またこの状態で血圧を測らせていただくと、最高血圧も少し上がっておりました。

袋呼吸したときの心臓の音では、安静状態のまま袋を被り密閉状態で呼吸していただいております。
時折、深く息をして少なくなっていく酸素を少しでも補給しようとしており、初めは緩やかに酸素飽和度が下がりますが途中から一気に下がり一番低い所で８６まで下がっております。
急激に体内の酸素が消費されてしまったようで、りおなさんも酸素を消費して生きてられるのが分かりますね。
また心拍数も５１ＢＰＭとゆっくりだったのが７４ＢＰＭまで上がり、少なくなった酸素を効率よく回そうと拍動回数が増えているのも分かります。
呼吸が速くなってきており、かなり苦しそうで限界を訴えられ袋を外す際には酸素飽和度は９３まで戻っておりその数値を見て「大分下がったね！」と言われておりました。

排にょう我慢中と排にょう中の心臓の音は、XXXに行きたいといわれておりましたのですぐにおしこしてもらわず少し我慢していただいております。
XXXの前に立っていただき、「どれくらい我慢してますか？」や「一日何回XXXに行きますか？」などの質問をし、おしこさせないように焦らし、途中チラッと便器の方を見て早くしたそうにしております。
下腹部辺りを押してみると「あぁぁそこダメだ！」、「ダメダメダメ、漏れる！」と必死に抵抗して鼓動も速くなっております。
おしこをしていただきますが少し出しただけですぐに止めていただくと「無理かも！」と辛そうな表情で言われながら止めておられ、止め続けることができず「ダメー！」「止めれない止めれない！」と言いながら結局全て出し切ってしまいました。
その際にも鼓動速くなってしまっており、かなり切羽詰まっておりましたね。

最後にフルヌードでエッチな行為を行っていただいた際の心臓の鼓動を聞かさせていただきました。
ガチ裸のりおなさんにアダルトグッズを敏感なところに当てていただくと鼓動が速くなったり逆に落ち着いたりと変化が分かりやすいですね。
速くなってるところではガチで感じてられるようです。
最後は「イク！」と言われ腰を浮かせて達しておりました。
