最初にマスクの上からみいなさん自身に鼻をつまんでいただいて、息を限界まで止めていただき、全部で3セットやってもらいました。
息を止めている間は、心拍数はそんなに変わりませんが呼吸を再開したと同時に心拍数も上がっており、不整脈も何か所か確認できました。
みいなさんの体の中で酸素を供給しようと心臓が頑張って鼓動しているのが音を通じて分かるかと思います。
またみいなさん曰く２回目が一番、心拍数が速くなっていたそうです。
ここでは、みいなさんの表情にも注目して頂けたらと思います。頑張って息を止めている姿には何か興奮するものを感じました。

次にパルスオキシメーターを装着して袋呼吸をしていただきました。

続いて、いつも通り鼻と口を塞がさせていただきました。
マスクの上からゴム手袋で押えさせていただきましたが、しっかりと呼吸は遮断されておりました。
毎回思いますが可愛い子の鼻と口を塞ぐと妙な背徳感が感じてしまいます。
最初に息を吸った状態で３０秒に挑戦して頂きましたが難なくクリアできたので次に１分に挑戦していただきましたが、こちらも止めきることができました。みいなさんも「ちょっと苦しい」とまだ余裕そうでしたので２分にも挑戦していただきました。
結果は止めきることはできませんでしたが、すごく頑張っていましたので是非見ていただきたいです。みいなさんも水族館に就職するのが夢だったらしく止めきれなかったことをとても悔しがっていました。また息止め中、何回か苦しそうな表情もされており、限界まで頑張っているのが見て分かります。
その後に今度は息を吐いた状態で鼻と口を塞いでみました。最初はいつも通り３０秒に挑戦していただきました。「いけるかな？」と不安がっていましたが難なくできてしまい本人も喜んでおられました。女性は皆、息を止めるのが得意なんでしょうか？ちなみに私も動画外で挑戦してみましたが２０秒も止めれませんでした笑
続いて１分に挑戦していただきました。結果はここでは伏せておきますが頑張っていましたので是非こちらも見ていただければと思います。
終わったあと、みいなさんが貪るように呼吸をしている姿もばっちり写っておりますので息切れ系のフェチの方も必見の内容となっているはずです。
