また今回撮影した場所が線路が近く電車の音がところどころ入っておりますが、しおりさんの心臓の音はばっちり聞こえております。

初めに自己紹介をしていただきました。表情も少し硬く緊張しているのかなと思い、「緊張してますか？」という質問にも「少ししてます。」と答えられています。心拍数も84BPMくらいありました。
その他にも「もし彼氏が心臓フェチだったら心臓の音を聞かせてあげますか？」などの質問にも答えていただきました。
次にしおりさんにもご自身の心臓の音を聞いていただきました。
人生で初めて自分の心臓の音を聞いたということでして、その感想の第一声は「鼓動が速い」とのことでした。他にも感想を言われております。途中で息を止めていただいたり、頸動脈に触れていただいたりもしていただいております。
スクワットしたときの心臓の音は、しおりさんに聴診器をつけていただいたままスクワットをしていただき、鼓動の変化をしおりさんにも聞いていただきました。
先ほどとは違い立った状態からのスタートでしたので、「すでに早い！」と言っておられます。スクワットをするとさらに速くなっていくのが分かり「心臓爆発しそう！」とはしゃいでおられました。見てて可愛かったです。
圧迫したときの心臓の音は壁に立っていただき私の手で胸部を圧迫させていただきました。圧迫中、しおりさんは苦しそうな表情をされており、心拍数も上がっておられます。
また18:03あたりのところで期外収縮が起きております。それだけ心臓に負荷がかかっていたのだと思います。不整脈好きの方であれば見る価値があるかと思います。
続いて運動後の心臓の音を聞いていただきました。
普段運動をされないということでしたので、踏み台昇降をしていただきますと、どんどん息が上がっていくのが分かりました。２分３０秒間踏み台昇降をしていただきましたが終わるころには息も絶え絶えの状態でした。
心臓もバクバクになっており、しおりさんも「はぁはぁ、めちゃくちゃ速い、はぁはぁ」と息を切らしながら言っておられました。
次に頸動脈の拍動を撮らさせていただきました。もちろんそのときのしおりさんの心音も入っております。心音に合わせて頸動脈がピクピク動いているのが分かりますね。
またお昼時でしたので、お腹の音も少し入っております。
ここからはPart2の内容になっております。
初めに血圧を測っていただきました。しおりさん曰く、血圧高いと思いますと言っておりましたが結果はいかがだったでしょうか？
次に心音計で心臓の音を聞いていただきました。初めて心音計を使われるということで、ワクワクしておりました。聞いてみると「すごい！人生初めてです！」と言っておられご自身の心臓の音に合わせて「ドッドッドッ」と言われております。
またその状態で息を止めていただいたり、スクワットもしていただきました。
特にスクワットをしていただいてるときはすごいです。心音計が壊れるんじゃないかと思うくらい爆音が出ております。心音計にでている心拍数も見せていただきましたがマックスで155BPMあり、音が部屋中に響いておりました。
続いて足つぼマッサージをしたときの心臓の音を撮らさせていただきました。
よく銭湯などに置かれている乗るタイプの足つぼマッサージにしおりさんに乗っていただきそのときの心音をしおりさんにも聞いていただきました。足つぼは得意ではないらしく、「痛い、痛い」と言っておられました。心拍数も乗ったときの方が上がっております。
また「痛いって言うと心拍数が高くなる」としおりさんも言っており、確かに高くなっています。
また足つぼマッサージに乗った状態で片足だけで立っていただいたり、スクワットもしていただきました。その時の心音も是非聞いてみてください。
ホラー動画を見たときの心音はホラーゲームの実況動画をしおりさんには見ていただきその時の心臓の音とパルスオキシメーターで心拍数も測らさせていただきました。ホラー動画は嫌いということでしたが動画としてはそれほど怖くなかったみたいでした。心拍数も92BPMくらいにしか上がっておりませんでしたが、動画の後半21:45あたりに若干、期外収縮らしきものが確認できます。
最後はしおりさんにオ〇ニーをしていただきそのときの心音を撮りました。
