立ったときとしゃがんだときの心臓の音では、るなさんにもイヤホンをして聞いていただき、心音１の方で座った状態のご自分の心臓の音を聞いていただいたときとどちらが速いか聞き比べていただきました。
こちらの方が少し速めに聞こえるとのことでした。
その後、しゃがんでいただくと鼓動が少し落ち着き再度立ち上がっていただくと、立った直後にはまた速くなり、るなさんの心臓も体勢に合わせて精密に動いておりました。

氷を当てられたときの心臓の音ではアイマスクをしてもらい横になってる、るなさんの体に氷の入った袋を何度か当てております。
撮影前からすでに不安そうにされておりました。
胸やお腹、足などいろいろな箇所に氷を当て、当てた際には体がビクッとされております。その反応から見ても本当に冷たい氷なのが分かりますね。またお腹が一番冷たく感じてびっくりしたと言われており、確かに映像で見るとお腹を当てたときが一番ビクッとされておりました。
また心臓の鼓動は氷を当てた際に速くなっており、反射反応をしております。また足の辺りに氷を当てたさには「グキュウウゥゥ」とお腹も鳴らされておりました。
後半では連続でいろいろな箇所に当て続け思わずるなさんも「アンッ」とつい喘ぎ声が出てしまっておりました。

続いて足つぼがあまり得意ではない、るなさんに足つぼマッサージ盤に乗っていただくとめちゃめちゃ痛そうな表情をされながら頑張って乗っておられます。
痛みに耐えてる姿には何かそそられるものがありますね。
乗った直後から少しずつ鼓動も速くなり、また乗った状態でジャンプできるかお願いすると躊躇しながらも頑張って小ジャンプをしてもらいあまりの痛さにすぐに降りております。その際の心臓の音が一番速く思えますね。あまりの痛さに心臓も生命の危機を感じたんでしょうかね。また再度、今度は片足ずつ乗っていただくようお願いしましたが、乗ろうとしたところ「ムリムリムリ！」と言われ、その際にも鼓動が速くなっておりました。
それでも約３秒ほどではありますが、なんとか乗っておられめちゃ痛そうにされておりました。
最後にまた両足で乗っていただきジャンプもしてもらうと、やっぱり鼓動も速くなってしまわれており、るなさんが痛みに弱いのが心臓の鼓動からも伝わってきました。

排泄中の心臓の音では、けっこう我慢されているということで急遽お願いをし撮影させていただきました。
しかしすぐには排泄してもらわず下腹部の膀胱辺りを押して反応を見させていただきました。
強めに何度も押させていただくときつそうな表情をされ鼓動も速めになっております。言われてたように本当に結構我慢されているようですね。
その後、便座に座ったていただき、していただくと「ちょろちょろちょろー」と排泄音が丸聞こえで、また途中で一度止めてもらうよう、お願いすると「え？」と戸惑ったご様子ですが、拒否することなくきつそうな表情をしながらも止めていただいております。
最後は、残りの文を全て出し切っていただき、すっきりされておりました。

喫煙中の心臓の音では、普段から煙草を吸われるというるなさんに吸っていただき、心臓の音も撮らさせていただきました。

運動後に胸部圧迫したときの心臓の音では、スクワットをしていただき終わったすぐ後に胸部を圧迫させていただくと、およそ１２０BPMで脈を打つ心臓の鼓動がバンバンバンと掌に伝わってきました。
途中、カメラを反対の手で持ちながら圧迫すると、鼓動に合わせてカメラが揺れております。るなさんの心臓の動きが映像の揺れを通して感じていただければと思います。
圧迫中の心臓は強く抗っているように感じ拍動が強いですが、解放すると徐々に落ち着いてきておりました。最後にもう一度圧迫もしております。

心音計の撮影ではプローブをご自身で当てていただき、ドップラー音を聞いていただきました。心音計からはドップラー音がクリアに聞こえ、るなさんの心臓の音が響き渡っておりました。聴診器で聞くときはイヤホンを付けないと聞こえませんが、心音計はそうではないので、周りに人がいたら全員に聞かれてしまいます。
聞こえてくる音に対し、「にぶい音！」「なんか変です！」と言われながら聴診器で聞いたときとの違いを言っておられ、心音系と聴診器どちらの音がお好きかも答えていただきました。
また息を止めていただいた際には、聴診器で聞いた時と同じように初めは音がゆっくりになりますが、徐々に速くなり呼吸を再開されるとさらに激しくなっております。
その際にるなさんは「速くなった？」と言っておられ、また面白い表現でドップラー音を表しておりました。
最後に深呼吸もしていただくと、心音計で聞いても洞性不整脈がめちゃめちゃ分かりやすく出ておられ、吸ってるときと吐いてるときの音の速さが全く違います。吐いてるときは止まってしまうんじゃないかと思うほど遅く、再度吸っていただくと急激に速くなりドップラー音を聞くだけで吸ってるのか吐いてるのか分かってしまうほどでした。
