最初にうみさんに自己紹介をしていただいてからご自身で胸に聴診器を当てていただきました。

息も止めていただきました。息止め後呼吸を再開すると速かった心拍数が一瞬ゆっくりになり、またもとに戻っています。うみさんの心臓は速いのがデフォルトでゆっくりになるのがイレギュラーなんだと思います。不思議ですね。頸動脈にも触れていただきその時の感想を言っていただいております。

深呼吸したときの心臓の音では、４秒ゆっくり吸っていただき７秒間息を止めて８秒かけてゆっくり息を吐くという動作を複数回行っていただいております。
息を吸うと、うみさんの肺の中に空気が入ってる「ズズー」という音がばっちりと聞こえしっかりと新鮮な空気を呼吸されていることが分かります。
また吸うと速くなり止めてる最中と吐いてるときは心音がゆっくりになっており、いい感じに洞性不整脈が出ていますね。
しかしゆっくりになるとはいえ、それでも心拍数は速いので是非そちらも聞いていただきたいです。

スクワットしたときの心臓の音ではスクワットしているときから聴診器を当てていただき徐々にうみさんの鼓動が速くなっていく過程を聞くことができます。もともと速い心臓がスクワットしたことによりさらに速くなり「すごい速いです。」と、うみさんも言っておられます。またこのときも一瞬だけ遅くなるところが何か所か確認できます。
また速くなった呼吸音もしっかりと聞くことができます。

圧迫したときの心臓の音では、うみさんはお胸が小さく細身の方でしたので胸部を圧迫すると心臓がモニュモニュとはっきりと動いているのを感じ取ることができました。
今までの方ですと、かすかに鼓動を感じ取ることはできたのですが、ここまではっきりと心臓の動きが分かる方は初めてでしたのですごく興奮しましたね。
本当に心臓を直で圧迫してるイメージです。どのあたりに心臓があるのか、またその大きさも分かるほどでしたのですごく貴重な体験ができました。
圧迫中は私の手がうみさんの心臓に押し返されてかすかに揺れているのが分かります。
23分５秒あたりでは圧迫中、急に鼓動が遅くなっており、そうかと思えばまた速くなりました。「ドクドクドクドク 、 ドク 、 ドク 、 ドク 、 ドク、ドク、ドクドクドク」と明らかに圧迫の影響をうけております。

運動後の心臓の音では踏み台昇降後の心臓の音を聞いていただいております。
普段の心拍数が速いだけあって運動後はすごいです。音もドクドクではなく「バクバクバクバク」と必死に心臓が収縮してうみさんの体全体に血液を送っているのが分かります。
胸に手を当てていただいたら「ドキドキしてるのが手に伝わってきます」と言っておりました。
２８分４６秒当たりでは急激に鼓動が遅くなっているところがございました。

その後、息を止めていただきましたがここでも鼓動が遅くなっています。呼吸を再開すると心拍も早くなっております。

最後に頸動脈に手を当てていただき感想を言っていただいております。

頸動脈の拍動と心臓の音ではうみさんの心臓から排出された血液がしっかりと頸動脈を通ってピクピクと動いており、心臓の音もきれいに聞こえます。ちなみにこのときの心拍数も１００BPMありました。

診察風に聴診したときの心臓の音では、うみさんには患者さんになっていただき一人称視点でうみさんを聴診し、診察風の動画にしてみました。その際、服をまくっていただき下着の上から聴診させていただいているのですが服も下着も、うみさんの私物です。本当に自分がお医者さんとなり、患者さんであるうみさんを診察している気分が味わえます。さらにこちらの動画一番最初に撮影をしたものですので、うみさんの表情も緊張で硬くこわばっており、鼓動もすごく速いです。(１１０BPMはありました。)それも相まってより一層、うみさんを実際に診察している雰囲気を味わえます。
