時効上司のページを御覧くださいまして誠にありがとうございます。
わたくし時効上司は、入社する新人の指導者として25年程この仕事に携わっております。
毎年新人クルーを5～8名ほどを1人で抱えております。

新卒や、中途採用、専門学校卒業者を立派に育てようと日々真面目に指導しております。
特に私は社内でも特別な指導者上位10位以内に毎年選出されています。

作法や、お客様とのコミュニケーション、基礎基本、挨拶や身だしなみに関しては毎朝クルーを
厳しく指導しております。

今回は中途採用組です。既に他のホテルで２年程勤務歴のあるスタッフ達ということで採用担当から
連絡を受けていました。(今回は姉妹採用です)

同じホテル勤務だったそうで、２人同時採用が決まりました。

弊社制服の受注が間に合わなかったのでとりあえず以前勤務していたホテルの制服でと
お伝えしたら、やはり身だしなみや細かいルール等が新卒のクルーよりも（緩み）があります。

（この動画をだす頃にはもうこの制服は前勤務していたホテルのほうへ返品しているかと思います）

・破れたストッキング
・髪色、ヘアメンテ
・スカートの丈
・シャツの着こなし
・慣れ

指導者としてこの服装ばかりは一番最初に注意しようかと悩みました。

が、

一度この緩んだ状態で一通りやらせてみようと思いました。
なぜそう思ったのかは映像を見ていただければと。
（姉妹同士だと仕事中色々緩むんでしょうか）

弊社の挨拶基本マニュアルから、清掃までの一連の流れを覚えていただきました。

「-革靴の内側に靴紐程度の穴を開ける-」と、世界はまた違った景色を見せてくれます。

My boss, a time limit manager, has been involved in this job for about 25 years as a mentor to new employees.
Each year, we take on about 5 to 8 new crew members.

We provide serious guidance every day to help new graduates, mid-career hires, and vocational school graduates become successful.
In particular, I am selected every year as one of the top 10 special leaders within the company.

The crew members are trained every morning on etiquette, communication with customers, basic basics, greetings, and personal appearance.
We provide strict guidance.

This time we are a mid-career recruitment group.The staff in charge of recruitment said they had already worked at another hotel for about two years.
I had been contacted.(This time we are hiring sisters)

Apparently they both worked at the same hotel, so it was decided that both of them would be hired at the same time.

Since we couldn’t get the order for our uniform in time, I decided to use the uniform from the hotel where I used to work.
As I mentioned before, the crew members are more relaxed about personal appearance and detailed rules than the new crew members.

(I think by the time this video is released, I have already returned this uniform to the hotel where I worked before.)

As an instructor, I was worried about whether I should be careful about this type of clothing first.
