【1：生きるって素晴らしい事ね！】「もう死ぬんだ」と悲観している患者に中山看護婦は励ましてみるが、一向に聞こうとしない。あきれた中山看護婦は「じゃ、死んでみますか」と夜勤明けの脚で渇を入れる。【2：傲慢変態医師に逆ギレ脚責め】相沢＆姉崎看護婦の手際の悪さに医師が注意。言われっぱなしの状況にイライラ。「いい気になってんじゃねー！」とキレた2人はナースシューズを履いたまま脚責め。【3：甘える変態医師を脚責め】ロッカーで着替えていた相沢看護婦の所に変態医師が来る。医師に甘えられて相沢看護婦は「じゃあ。いつものネ！」と医師をソファーに寝かせて脚のオッパイであやす。【4：嫌な患者に偽東洋脚式マッサージ】診察終了後にやってきた嫌な患者。間接が痛いと言うので2人で偽東洋治療法をデタラメに試す事にするが…。脚踏みから次第に顔踏、首踏などでマッサージしていく。【5：役立たずのヤブ医師に脚イジメ】手術室に医師を呼び出す3人。「ねぇ、ちゃんと医大で勉強してきた？」と医師の態度や話し方にイラつく3人。「手術は失敗するわ…」のダメ医師にイラつき、汚い脚でイジメあげる。
