平常時の心臓の音では、ベッドに座っていただいた状態で心臓の音を聞かせていただきました。また上の水着を外し、トップレスの状態で撮影をしております。
お胸の形がすごく良くお顔だけでなくお胸も非常にお綺麗ですね。
初めの数秒間、鼓動が少し聞こえにくいですが聴診器の位置を移動するとはっきりと聞こえ心拍数は９２BPM程です。
るあさんにも自分の心臓の音を聞いていただいており、「心臓の鼓動は速いですか？」との質問に答えていただきました。
他にも「心臓の音を聞かれて恥ずかしいですか？」や「心臓の音を聞かれるのと裸を見られるのはどちらが恥ずかしいですか？」などの質問にも答えていただいております。

続いて立った時としゃがんだときの心臓の音を聞かせていただきました。
立ってるときの方が座ってるときよりも鼓動が速めで力強く、るあさんにも聞いていただくと立ってるときの方が速いと言っておりました。
しゃがんでいただくと鼓動がゆっくりに、再度立っていただくとまた速くなり、心臓がし
っかりと機能されておりますね。

足つぼマッサージ盤に乗ったときの心臓の音は、るあさんは足つぼがあまり強い方ではないようで、乗っていただくとすごく痛そうにされ「痛いです！」と言っておられます。
さらにその上でジャンプしていただくようお願いすると、躊躇しながらもジャンプしておりますが、あまりの痛さに悲鳴を上げておられ、鼓動も少し速くなっておりました。
私はるあさんに一体何をさせてるんでしょうね。
さらに今度は片足だけで乗っていただきました。
頑張り屋さんな、るあさんは痛みに耐えながらも乗っておられその際の心臓の鼓動は両足で乗ったときよりも速く、こちらの方がよほど痛いのが心臓の鼓動の速さからでも伝わってきました。

運動後に胸部圧迫したときの心臓の音では、踏み台昇降をしていただいた直後に胸部圧迫をさせていただくとバクバクと暴れまわる心臓の動きがはっきりと私の手にも伝わってきておりました。
やっぱり速い心臓は圧迫しがいがありますね。
鼓動が落ち着いてきたところで、ベッドに横になって血圧を測っていただくと、前回測ったときよりも明らかに高くなっており、運動＋圧迫は血圧にも影響するのだというのが分かりますね。

今度は心電計を付け、１セット１０回の足上げ運動を全部で３セット行っていただきました。途中、１セット終わるごとに１０秒間の休憩を挟んでおります。
１０回終わってから１０秒間体を楽にしていただきますが、すぐに次のセットが始まりますので心拍数も落ち着かず、始める前は７５BPMあった心拍数も９６BPMまで上がっており一見楽そうな運動に見えますがしっかりと心臓に負荷がかかっておりますね。
るあさんも他のモデル様と同様に運動中に心拍数が上がっておりますね
途中、アクシデントで、心電計を映しているタブレットが倒れてしまいますが、すぐに元に戻しそのまま続行していただいております。こういうハプニングも撮影の醍醐味です。

袋呼吸したときの心電計と心臓の音では、徐々に心拍数が上がっております。
酸素飽和度はそれほど変化がありませんが心拍数の変化から見ても、るあさんの体内で酸素が足りなくなっているようですね。
手を挙げられ苦しくなったところで袋を外すと一瞬心拍数が上がりこれも不足した酸素を補おうとする正常な反応です。苦しかったか聞いてみると、「最後の方、苦しかったです！」と言われており、スタイルの良いるあさんも酸素を消費して生きているんだと実感しました。

頸動脈の拍動と心臓の音では、一拍脈打つごとに首の筋辺りがピクッピクッと波打つように動いております。首も細く拍動も見えやすいですね。この薄い皮膚のすぐ下では常に酸素や栄養を送り届けているんだと想像が膨らんでしまいます。

セクシーポーズしたときの心臓の音では、いくつかポージングをしていただきましたが改めてスタイルが良いのに気づかされましたね。薄いお腹に水着からはみ出てしまうほどのお胸と本当にグラビア雑誌なんかに載せても良いと思うほどです。
またポージングを変えていただく場面では、心音が少し速くなったりと変化されております。

続いて心音計を使ってドップラー音を聞いていただきました。
心音計を当てていただくとドップラー音独特の音が聞こえてきており、るあさんは聴診器で聞く音よりこちらの方が好きだと言っておりました。
息を止めていただくと心臓の音の強弱の変化もドップラーだとなお分かりやすいですね。
止め初めは音が小さくなっておりますが苦しくなってくるに連れ、徐々に音が大きくなり、再度呼吸をされると爆音でしかも速くなっているのが聞こえます。まるでるあさんの心情の変化を心臓が代弁しているかのようですね。しかもそれが部屋中に響いてしまっております。
最後にスクワットもしていただくとスクワット中と終わった直後はドップラー音があまり聞こえておりませんがスクワットが終わってしばらくすると息止めをした直後よりも爆音で速さもかなり速いです。
るあさんも「暴走してる！」と言われ笑っており、もう隣の部屋にも聞こえてしまうんじゃないかと思うくらいのでかさで心音計の表示されている心拍数も１８０BPMを超えております。深呼吸をしてもらいましたが一向に収まらず、ずっと暴走されておりました。

診察風に聞いた時の心臓の音は、シチュエーション動画となっております。
るあさんが病院に診察に来たつもりで問診をさせていただき、視診で口の中を見させていただくと、のどちんこも少し映っております。また目の充血や首を触り扁桃腺の腫れが無いかもしっかりとチェックさせていただいております。
そして体温計で体温も測っていただいた後、最後は聴診をしました。
聴診の前にお胸を出していただき触診をしております。しこりがないかしっかりとチェックしないといけませんからね。
その後、聴診器を当てさせていただくと運動直後かと思ってしまうほど鼓動が速めです。もちろんこの撮影の前に運動はされておりませんので単純に他人に聴診器を当てられて恥ずかしさが増しているんだと思います。きっと病院で診察されてるときもこれくらい速いんじゃないんでしょうか。お腹の辺りに聴診器を当てると胃腸音も聞こえておりました。
るあさんが診察されてるのを見れるのは病院の先生かこの動画くらいですね。
お医者さんになった気持ちで見ていただきたいです。
