私は骨盤矯正や生理痛・生理不順・冷え性などの施術が得意なので、こういった症状のあるクライアントの悩みには耳を傾け、ベストなアドバイスと施術を心がけています。

以前海外で勉強していた時の恩師は、『女性の身体の不調を根本から軽減させるには女性特有の骨盤内臓にアプローチする必要がある』とおっしゃっていました。そして女性特有のつらい生理痛、いつまでも長引く腰痛を解決するには、外側からのアプローチだけではなく内側から、つまり『膣からのアプローチが効果的』であるという理論とテクニックを確立されました。

今回のクライアントは22歳の大学生です。バイトの仕事内容が立ちっぱなしでうつむいた姿勢でいることが多いため、肩から背中腰にかけて全体的に凝っているようです。
彼女のように筋肉がなく胸が大きい女性は、同じような症状を訴えることが多いですね。お友達の紹介で生理不順の緩和も希望されていたので、骨盤周囲の筋緊張緩和もかねて膣内温熱セラピーを行います！カウンセリングの結果、ポキッとする骨格矯正が少し怖いということでしたので「オイルを使用した筋膜リリース」中心の施術を行います。

まずは軽擦法で身体をほぐしていきます。軽擦法は血行促進、新陳代謝の活性化、リラックス効果があり天然素材のマッサージ棒による温熱効果を高めてくれます。ある程度身体がリラックスしてきたところで、オイルを使用します。彼女は骨盤周辺がカチカチになっていたので念入りにほぐしていきました。

触診してみるとリンパの流れも滞ってました。そこで鼠蹊部と両脇のリンパ節はじっくりとグリグリ。胸周囲のリンパを流すために乳首を中心に胸も揉みしだきます。彼女の胸は大きさはもちろんのこと、張りとしっとりとした質感が抜群で、いつまでも揉んでいたい気持ちにさせられました！恥ずかしがり屋なので、施術中も声が出るのを我慢している感じがとてもカワイイです。

やはりメインの施術は骨盤なので、膣内からの温熱セラピーに移行します。本来はここのタイミングでクライアントに『天然素材のマッサージ棒を使用した膣内温熱セラピー』の説明をするのですが、彼女はお友達の紹介で大体の内容をご存知だったので、こちらのペースでガンガン進めていきます！

膣周辺を触診してみると、予想通り少し柔軟性がかけています。手指によるマッサージだけでは十分ではないと判断し、数種類のマッサージガンによる施術も追加しました。そうすることでやっと骨盤周辺の筋肉もリラックスし始め、彼女もカワイイ声を出し始めました。
