文京区にある「滝田式トレーニング」現場のロケを行いました。
この滝田式というのは自重トレをメインにしており、さらに筋肉の負荷を視覚によって確実に捉えるため全裸で行う独自のものだといいます。
今回の被験者は2人。ひとりめは本格的にそこで鍛錬をしている会員のスポーティー女性で、
褐色の肌がボーイッシュな上級者女性。本業はアパレル業らしいです。
